Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time or during weekends will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Available at an additional cost

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on product weight, package dimensions, and delivery address.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the continental United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package in real-time through the provided link.

Fragile Products

Our candles, fragrance oils, and diffusers are delicate products. We carefully pack each item using premium protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. We are working to expand our international reach in the near future.

Shipping Addresses

Please carefully verify your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We cannot make address changes once an order has been processed.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us through store.aromanostrum.com within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Delays

While we do everything possible to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, carrier issues, etc.). We will notify you immediately if we anticipate any significant delays.
